Tips From Anyone Who’s Completed A 2 Week Juice Or Water Fast…?

how did you stay motivated to fast for 2 weeks (or more)? i’ve done like 3 5 day fasts, but i can’t manage to go longer than 5 days. i’m starting a 2 week juice fast tomorrow, and am looking for ways to stay motivated. after 2 weeks, i’m going to transition to raw vegan (i’m currently vegetartian.) what are your tips and advice? also, what were your experiences? did you do any exercise? i’m planning on doing yoga and maybe some walking. did your skin tone and/or texture improve? did you lose weight? if so, how much? thanks!

  1. I did a 2 week juice fast followed by a vegan lifestyle back in Aug.09′
    Im wanting to do the same thing also this year as you!! But im doing a week juice fast and then followed by the raw vegan lifestyle! i have PCOS so i definitely need a diet change and weight loss!
    I wanna do yoga also..maybe we can chat/help each other!

    I know it can be difficult to pull through but positive thinking is key through fasting-also during the raw vegan diet, you detox also so you ll definitely be at ur best and healthy..just keep that in mind!
    Drink lots of water-use an enema for faster detoxing and hopefully that helps!
