I’m 14 I Weigh 123 And Im 5′7” Is This A Lot?

im 5′7” is that a lot. I run 30 min once a week and do yoga for 1hour and 30 min 3 times a week. And I eat healthy (no high fructose corn syrup, soda, etc.). Should i try to loose weight or should i stay at the weight i am at.

  1. No that seems like the perfect weight to me. I have recently lost alot of weight, not on purpose but my job has me walk AlOt. I use to weigh 126 which i thought was perfect. Now i weigh 107. Im very self concious now. I cant gain weight for nothing,. You dont want to be too skinny, It feels the same as being too big.Your weight is perfect.

  3. According to the BMI (Body Mass Index) scale, your weight is normal for your height and age so you should probably eat and work out enough to maintain your current weight.

  4. Since you didn’t specify it:
    If you are a Male: You probably need to gain weight
    If you are a Female: Just right :)

    im fourteen, 5′5″. but i wheigh lie 117. if it’s fat then yes lose some. if it’s muscle then idk

  11. lol. that’s what i am. and no, that’s not bad at all. that’s competely normal.
