Health aware

We live in the same apt building, but hardly ever see each other. ( Different floors, time schedules) We’ve known each other, very casually, for two years, mostly saying “Hi”.
I have liked her for two years and have slowly initiated more talk with her, especially within the past few months. I am 50 yo, she is 53 yo. I am lifelong single, she has been married three times. She is very busy and independent, works as commercial driver F/T and does crafts work P/T. She has very little free time. I am busy also.
Approximately one month ago, she gave me her phone number and told me to call her the following week, when she would be on vacation, so we could view each other’s art. I called her then and went to Wal Mart for her once, then one night that week we talked at her apt for four hours. The following weekend, I cooked a dinner for her. Last weekend, she called me and we went to lunch one day and had a good time. She wouldn’t let me pay though, because she said that would be too much like a date. She also said that she wasn’t looking for a boyfriend or boy – toy. I understand that, but I haven’t let it dissuade me from pursuing her, gently. (Maybe my gut feeling thinks there really is some sort of attraction). The following night, I called her and asked if I could use her digital camera on my trip to NYC today. She said “yes” and I told her I would call on Thursday. Ever since our first meeting, I have been very cool, only calling every 4 or 5 days, so she can have her space.
Yesterday (Thursday), she left a message on my machine saying that the camera was ready for me and to give her a call and she would “let me have it”. I don’t mean to sound delusional, but the tone of voice she used when saying that sounded quite sexy, or like a double – entendre. I’ve never thought that before, anbout any other message. I don’t imagine such. I surprised her last night, when I got the camera, by bringing her a pizza and a bottle of soda. When I got there, she said that she arranged a get – together with her and I and an artist friend of hers in a couple of weeks, as well as another possible get – together with another friend of hers, at another time. She was very friendly, but nothing romantic occured. We have seen each other, in one way or another, five times now and have not kissed, or anything. I have been a real gentleman and have treated it more like friends.
Today, while in NYC, I opened the extra pack of batteries for the camera that she gave me to bring. I happened to notice that the batteries said “Natural Contours” on one side and “Power for Pleasure” on the other. I thought that the name sounded like an intimate product name. When I got home, I Googled the name and the company sells women’s vibrators and toys. I’m not trying to make something out of nothing, but my gut feeling tells me that there is some sort of interest, or attraction on her part.
Just because she said “No boyfriend or boy – toy wanted”, isn’t that subject to change ? What do you think ? I hate to sound naive’, but the circumstances are quite unique. Also, she has Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and is going through menopause. She told me to call her tommorrow, so she can transfer the photos I took to her computer. I want to ask her out for lunch or dinner next weekend (Labor Day). Should I ? Does it sound like there is some interest on her part ? I think that she might be scared, wary, nervous, etc, possibly combined with her health issues. Thank you for any help. Sorry about the length of the question.
