Doesn’t The Case Law That Makes Abortion Legal Also Make Obamacare Unconstitutional.?

The government cannot place undue burden on a woman’s choice, yet the Congress thinks it can interfere in every other aspect of the populations health care.
Am I missing something here or is there a complete disconnect of logic here?
You could say that insurance companies do that now but then insurance companies are not the Federal Government are they!
I can sue an insurance company do you think you will be able to sue the Obamacare administrators?
There is a lot about this on the web and I ma sure there will be a lot more written about it.
Here is one link of many that indicates, it is not constitutional.http://volokh.com/posts/1250981450.shtml

The thing that you’re missing is that Libs are two faced liars. They only uphold that which benefits them and their feelings.

The case law cited at your link has nothing to do with abortion. Moreover, Volokh, the blogger, responds to the argument in this way:
“As much as I oppose the various health care reforms promoted by the Obama Administration and current Congressional leadership (and as much as I would like to see a more restrictive commerce clause jurisprudence), I do not find this argument particularly convincing.”
In other words, the argument is posted on this Constitutional law blog, and then rejected. There is no precedent to suggest that the government cannot constitutionally require people to have insurance. If that were the case, what do you think would have happened to all the state laws requiring people to have auto insurance?

I swear, I went to the feminist website yesterday, just out of curiosity. They are a 100% behind this healthcare because of ABORTIONS. Really? Women’s health, ha, forget innocent baby’s health who never did a darn thing wrong. It was horrible seeing pictures from rallies from women who just want the right to kill an unborn child. So yeah, it seems like abortion has a big hand in this healthcare bill for the feminists to be backing it so absolutely. Just wait, we get government run health care, we are going to lose a LOT of choices.

  4. Obama is trying to do away with the constitution. It’s wrong, totally wrong but that’s what happens when you have a prez that don’t give 2 sh*ts about America or the people.

Nope. Otherwise we wouldn’t have Medicaid/Medicare.
Edit: Being forced to have insurance doesn’t mean anything in relationship to privacy to decision making over one’s own body.
