I am a 17 yr old male with great general health, but I frequently expose myself to others’ germs and as a result I catch the common cold somewhat often. Is this beneficial or harmful (or neither?) to my immune system and overall health in the long run?

More people die from starvation then cancer, and if you include poverty and the lack of proper water sources, which are all solve able, then the amount of deaths is not even relatively close.
