What Are The Steps To Becoming A Radiologist?

I’m a senior in high school and have been very interested in radiology for a while, and I’m seriously considering taking that career path, I’m just a little unsure on how to get there. I’ve taken some medical science classes like anatomy/physiology, medical biology, microbiology, health occupations, and I’ve also job shadowed in the radiology department at the hospital, but like I said, I’m not sure where to go from here.

    take MCATS
    4 years medical school
    apply to residency
    4 years residency in radiology
    possibly a fellowship to speciality such pediatrics

  2. idk… my girlfriends dad is one and he was in college for 12 years… paid off though, the guy is loaded.
