		<description>Milk contains many lipids,amino acids,b-vitamins,fat,and a load of other things. Drink one ot two glasses a day is optimum. But, the problem is all the hormones added to it. Drinking too much milk can disturb your hormonal balance as well. I think drinking the milk in your cereal everyday is good enough.
  Consuming milk will help you reach new heights in growth, but be careful in your intake.
  Healthier choice? I prefer low-fat over skim because it contains more vitamins and minerals. Skim is watered down.
 If you want to be a &quot;health freak&quot;, you can buy rice or soy milk which is very healthy for you.</description>
