Under Obamacare, senior citizens will have to be counseled every 5 years on “ways to die.” See page 425 of the new health care bill for details. What do you think about all this?

  1. Actually, the bill says no such thing. Page 425 discusses the goal for the primary doctor and/or nurse to discuss end of life issues with the patient during any routine visit. These discussions would involve wills and long term care issues, such as what the patient would like their health care power of atty. to do in the event he is incapacitated. Obviously, it’s important for seniors to have wills and health care power of atty’s. to determine their own goals for long term care.

  2. Chuck Norris will be 70 next year. McCain is way past the ‘pull date’ !
