  1. I cringe when watching American television’s unabashed propaganda vis a vis our healthcare system. I have never had any problem, nor has anyone I know, nor have we ever paid a dime out of pocket for even the most complicated of surguries or procedures or medication. We have never had to “preauthorize” or worry about what hospital we can visit, what doctor we can meet, what specialist we can call upon. Unfortunately our system, in the eyes of Americans, has been tainted with the word “socialism”; a system that works phenomenally well and quite effectively. Good luck down there.

  2. When she was six years old Wasilla had a population of 300 and no Doctors, Whitehorse had a population of over 10,000 and a medical facility. It was the only health care available with in 150 miles. Just another example of the liberal news outlets only telling the part of the story they want you to know. The amazing thing is so many liberals on here just suck up what they are fed and continue with the Palin bashing.

    2. She was SIX FREAKING YEARS OLD
    3. Do you really think she told her parents “gee mommy and daddy I do wish you would take me to the canadian hospital for their great health care”

  4. I think it was probably the fact that her family lived in the middle of nowhere and that little Canadian hospital was closer. But hey, don’t let reality dog your delusions.
    Where was Obama when he was 6? Attending a Muslim school in Indonesia?

  5. Wow, what a scoop. She received well care early childhood visits at the most convenient site of care. You guys have done a heck of a job in digging this up.
    Seriously, are you this desperate. She stopped going there the second it was no longer the most convenient option. Oh, and since she stopped going there by the age of six I don’t think she was the one asking for it, do you?

  6. I can’t speak from experience except for the 17 day wait for stiches for my pinky after being denied treatment in the emergency room when I lived in Canada with my Canadian wife back in 2003. I had a bandage over it the whole time and was impossible to work since my finger wouldnt stop bleeding. My brother inlaw was about ready to drive me down to New York
    She can tell you the horror stories though, like how her aunt died from a blood clot because she was too old to be treated(62) or how her older sister is blind because Canada dousnt deal with Glocoma prevention. Or how her grandfather went to the US to get his liver cancer treated since he was too old to be treated up there(forgot his age)

  7. Did that happen last week? Or was it 5-10 years ago? Oh, it was almost 50 years ago and she was 6 years old. Are people really this desperate to get some dirt on Palin?
    Let me know when the Huffington Post successfully digs up her hospital records from that time.
