I have breast cancer and I had no indication at all that I had it. I thought I felt something and it turned out what I felt wasn’t anything so coincidentally they found it. I felt no different.

it depends… stuff like cervical cancer and well actually most forms of cancer don’t leave very many symptoms until it’s too late….
it all depends on the disease.

some diseases are “silent” until they get pretty bad, for example chlamydia infection in women, HIV, Hepatitis C infection, many cancers, liver disease, some forms of heart disease.
Other diseases, like the common cold, cause a lot of symptoms but are not serious. yet other diseases are both serious and have symptoms right off the bat.
