What Would Happen To The Person Who Finds A Cure For Cancer?

I know cancer is more than one disease and all, but suppose that one drug could cure it without any side effects.

  1. The present anti-cancer drugs(which don’t really work very well), is the largest most expensive multi trillion dollar industry and is in fact without any exaggeration the most money making industry on the entire planet.
    So if a person found a better cure for cancer that will mean immediate assassination.
    In fact I heard about a lebanese guy working on proteins that triggered the immune system to see cancer as a threat was killed in his apartment in france.

  2. One drug that cures all cancer? And it’s something that could be efficiently synthesized and mass produced?
    Well, the nobel prize in medicine for starters, then probably billions and billions of dollars if he was smart enough to keep the intellectual property for himself and didn’t get fleeced by some big pharma company.

  3. ya he’s right as soon as you find a cure a bunch of very serious peoples wallets will be getting lighter. If you do have a cure for gods sakes keep it a secret and take it to a government official

  6. they would patent it or sell it become a world hero do a bunch of interviews then everyone would forget about him but it wouldn’t matter because he is to busy rolling in money on his private island

  7. the person would probably be infamous and be in history books and get a nobel prize
