lumps, shortness of breath, itching, fatigue, night sweats, unexplained weight loss
you could have all these or none of these
if you’re suspicious at all, see a doctor right away

Change in bowel or bladder habits, A sore that does not heal, Unusual bleeding or discharge, thickening or lump in breast or elsewhere, indigestion or difficulty swallowing, Ovious change in a wart or mole, Nagging cough or horseness. These are the earliest signs of cancer.

i don’t know about lung or throat cancer but breast cancer u will feel a lump in one of the breast

myself when i found out i had lung cancer. I had a bad cough , then i noticed blood in my spit. i went an had xrays. showed i had a spot on the top and middle lobes of my right lung. now im minus that lung. been 5 yrs this month.

If you have breast cancer you will immediately notice/feel a lump in the breast (and dont think it can not happen to a MAN). The best way to pick it up quickly is if you have regular check-ups (at least once a year – including a thorough blood test) – if there is pain or abnormalities that worries you discuss it with your GP. Please dont delay if you are worried, cancer can get out of control very easily…

With a blanket question like that, it is best to point you to the National Cancer Institute, or the American Cancer Society. Some cancers present like others, and some cancers may not have any presenting symptoms.
