Wow, this is the toughest question I have read…
She has no family or baby daddy to care for the child then it would go for adoption if she dies anyway but I say wait on the Lord. Pray, believe that God’s will will be done for the best for her and the baby. I don’t believe in abortion.

get the baby out as soon as its safe.. and then start treatment to save herself.. and start making a will..and deciding who would be best to care for her baby if things dont turn out for the best

In dramatically bad situations like this one possible option to consider is suicide. There is a higher suicide success rate for pregnant women.

I think it depends on how bad the cancer already if and how badly it will have advanced by birth. I think she can do all she can to carry as long as she can, possibly deliver early by c -section and get her treatment. She should keep the baby, especially if dad is around to help.

what about continuing the pregnancy and caring for the baby? depending on her cancer and what her doctors say, she may be just fine doing that right…
This is a question only her doctors can answer for her…what is safest and best for her and the baby. and why does she have to give the baby up, isnt there family or hmm i dont know, the babies DAD

I believe the woman should start taking medication immediately to help the formation of her child’s lungs. Once the doctors have determined they have given the child the best chance of survival labor should be induced or a c-section should be done, depending on the doctors advice.
This way both the mother and child would be given the best chances without killing one or the other.
Keeping the child is a choice only the mother, and father if he is involved, can make. The hospital will keep the mother and child in the hospital together until the mother is medically sound to go home, so she should not worry about the child’s care while she remains in the hospital.

This happened to my cousin’s wife. Depending on the type of cancer it is, it’s very possible she can have a form of treatment that they believe is safe for the baby. She had a more aggressive treatment once the baby was born. They did deliver the baby early once they felt it was safe for the baby, in order to get more aggressive earlier. There wasn’t ever an issue with the baby being stillborn or dying at birth and she never considered giving the baby up even though she is very weak now from treatment. I can’t imagine any mother would ever consider that.
