Is There A Skin Disease Where The Skin Heals Really Quickly, But Can Easily Cause Cancer?

I was talking to someone and they said they had a disease where the skin heals extremely quickly, but leaves bad scarring which supposedly can also lead to cancer.
Is there anything like this?

  1. Never heard of such a thing. The skin healing fast means the immune system is functioning well then. I doubt that this could or would happen then. I don’t hear ever of scarring any causing cancer.
