No, there has been no research to suggest this. It is the same type thing as "if you cross your eyes they will get stuck like that". My father used to tell me the same thing when I was a child. But the ink is not going to cross your skin and the walls of your blood vessels. Unless you cut yourself and pour ink into it. And that may just cause other problems, not necessarily cancer.
Even tattoo ink has not been shown to cause cancer, and that is WAY stronger than pen ink. Cancer can be caused by many factors, but it ultimately comes down to gene mutation that causes cells to "go crazy". You can likely write all over your hands and never see a consequence like "ink cancer".

IMMUNE SYSTEMS become weakened by poor nutrition, lack of exercise and reduced oxygen. Once that happens, our body becomes vulnerable to common STRESSORS. Stressors can be environmental, like viruses, heavy metals, pesticides, food additives, electromagnetic waves or pollution. They can be internal things like emotional or job stress, or poisonous people in our lives. Aging is also a contributing factor. So this means:
WEAK IMMUNE SYSTEM + STRESSORS = DISEASE (cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc.)
Our bodies have 60 trillion--yes, trillion--cells, and there are always some mutating into cancer cells, but a healthy immune system kills them before they have a chance to get a foothold in the body.
It takes a LONG time, usually, or a high level of stressors, to weaken the immune system to the point where it won't do its job, but once cancer has formed, it will generally spread rapidly.

First, most things don't pass the skin barrier; that's why it's there - to protect you. Second, I would think that you'd have to write a LOT to get any kind of problems from ink; as long as the ink isn't toxic, I suspect it won't do you any harm. The only way the ink can get "in your blood" is if it passes the skin barrier (unlikely), or if you manage to break the skin, and even then, it's only going to be a tiny amount.
