  1. No – most tumor antigens are presented with MHC molecules on the surface of T-cells. In other words – this is a T-cell mediated response – not a B-cell mediated response (B-cells are responsible for antibody production).

  2. yes, that is what a PSA test reveals, prostatic specific antigens, and while you mention testicular cancer, the prostate also reacts to this with the production of antigens.
