YES you will die from it. any cancer will if left untreated it is a disease that makes unhealthy cancerous cells divide and mutate and just spreads further and further into secondarys which is where cancer cells break of from the original site and spreads into other parts of the body, it is not something that your body can fight or get rid of once the cells have been left without being destroyed by your body it will begin the mutation process faster than your body can cope.
